Unfortunate Message from The Developer:

I've come to decide that there will be some updates that will be on hold until we reach a certain amount of donation goals, since i no longer have financial incentives to be doing big updates anymore, and as much as i want to do these bigger updates, or just update at all, my struggle for re-employment as of this year, and the fact my revenue from minecraft platforms have decreased drastically compared to May 2025, it has made me feel demotivated to continue with pack developing in general, i've tried to increase the revenue rate, which is why this pack had mod updates and mass fixes, but nothing's working, it's unfortunately still decreasing, it's been affecting me financially, and it hurts. I can't sugarcoat this like i always do.

The reason why i'm also making a big deal with pack developing is that this has been my 2nd source of income that adds to my low salary from my last job, and it helped me alot, it's why I was determined to keep going with pack developing.

I decided that i'd require your financial help, if you love this pack, i'd appreciate if you donate around 2-10 dollars, with an end goal of 1000$, and i will have the financial incentive to do a big update for this pack, and updates for my other packs, the updates will consist of these:

  • Bigger mod compatability updates (there are some mods that gave me an idea of making some of the models more unique than my previous approach, some require some complex execution)

  • around 100 to 150 villager variants (currently, we only have 70, it wont be easy and fast, i'd have to also modify the cem properties of cem models, guard villagers, recruits, a sheer amount of modded professions and biomes, the texture spawn modifiers, etc)

  • other biome mod compatabilities that comes after the increased villager variants

  • other villager profession mods that comes after the increased villager variants

Pack Description:

This is a pack from the "Human Era" series, since this is the first Human Era pack, this paragraph will explain the series, it's a series that reshapes Minecraft into something else with a more immersive and realistic way to integrate humans, and it wont be just about adding humans, but also make other mobs have a feel of something more mystique and less cartoony. I wont explain any further.

It turns villagers into player models while retaining the vanilla style mixed with my style, including the wandering trader, iron golem, illagers, and zombies. There are 70 villager textures in total, containing diversity and many differences and similarities while still keeping the same style.

For the Iron Golem, it contains 2 variants, the soldier, and the robot, the soldier is the main front while the robot is the supporting role. I never liked the idea that the villagers are culturally pacifistic, these are the same fricks that are butchers and livestock farmers, especially since these are suppose to be 100% human under the Human Era pack series, not some Mojang's marketable plushie company. Go get a Guard Villagers mod and Recruits mod if you are using mods.

As for the illagers, it replaces them from having a visible face to masked soldiers, complete with armor and backpack, the helmets are designed to cover their face, they are an army of corrupted assimilated humans. They also have unique variety among illager mobs, such as robes, hats, and colors, though you need illager mods to see them.

[PACK] HOW TO FIX THE IRON GOLEM SPAWN ERROR, OR ANY POSSIBLE ERRORS OF MOB RENDERS WHEN APPLYING MICROPACKS (1.20+): Since ETF and EMF mod prioritize speed and efficiency, errors such as Iron Golem from HE:V&I spawning invisible when using micropacks, to fix this, if you are on a laptop, use the keys Fn+F3+T, or if you are on PC, use the keys Fn+F3+T

Or, if that does not work, try unapplying the micropack, click done, then reapply the micropack, and then click done

[PACK] HOW TO MAKE MOBS SPAWN ONLY FEMALE OR MALE GENDER: Open the pack zip file, go to micropacks folder, go to gender benders folder, go to either male or female only folder, pick the male or female only zip file and drag it to resourcepacks folder, and then apply it above the main pack file ingame.

[PACK] HOW USE THIS PACK ON OLDER VERSIONS (1.8.9 - 1.16.5):

Anyways, to do this, you open the pack file, go to micropacks folder, and then go to old version archives folder, grab the desired version (Flat means no tits), put it on resource packs folder, apply it above the HE:VI or HVO pack. If there are some issues, please let me know.

[PACK] HOW TO USE THESE "MICROPACKS":

Micropacks are small resource packs that modify the model or the texture of the pack, to do this, you opem the pack file, extract the micropacks folder, and then select any micropacks that you want to use, and then drag them on resourcepacks folder, and then apply above the main pack file. If the micropacks show errors, press fn+f3+t, if it still is broken, please message me on Curseforge or PlanetMinecraft

[PACK] HOW TO APPLY FRESH ANIMATIONS ACTIVATOR: Go to the Images to see instructions!.

[MOD] HOW TO FIX SLEEPING VILLAGERS ON SLEEP TIGHT MOD: Go in .minecraft\config and open the sleep_tight-client file with windows notepad. Scroll down. When you see "sleeping_villagers_eyes = true", Change the setting "true" to "false".

[PACK] HOW TO REMOVE CERTAIN MOBS:

If you are on java, open the pack file and do the following: assets/minecraft/textures/entity , delete whatever mob you want to delete assets/minecraft/optifine/cem , delete whatever mob you want to delete assets/minecraft/optifine/random/entity , delete whatever mob you want to delete

For mods:

assets/*modname/textures/entity , delete whatever mob you want to delete

assets/minecraft/emf/cem or assets/minecraft/emf/cem/modded/*modname , delete whatever mob you want to delete

[LEGAL] WHAT TO DO IF YOU WANNA MAKE A PACK THAT CHANGES THE AESTHETIC, THE TEXTURE, OR THE CEM MODEL:

Since I'm implementing some strict copyrights despite being open for use of files, what i will be discussing is the change of the aesthetics, and maybe some of the files.

If you wanna make a cottagecore or sci fi, maybe hd version of this pack, maybe a different theme, or an Epic Fight mod for Human Era: Villagers & Illagers, you should only release the modified file and not all of the HE:V&I files if the goal is to release a modification of certain features specifically made to be applied to HE:V&I. This will benefit both the creator of this pack and the people who release the modification.
