Catenary

Fixed a bug that caused broken blocks to duplicate in multiplayer

Version 0.5 is a complete rewrite of Catenary, fixing longstanding bugs and reworking major mechanics. Old catenaries are likely broken, so it is recommended to remove them before updating.

Changes:

• Catenaries are no longer crafted in the Crafting Table. You must now craft a Catenaring Table first.
• The Catenaring Table is a new workstation that allows deep customisation of catenaries.
• Some catenaries that were craftable previously can not be reproduced with the new crafting system at the moment.
• Added a Catenary menu to the pause screen using Dialogs. This means Catenaty now uses "experimental features" and can no longer run on Minecraft Realms.
• Added a configuration menu
• Added a statistics menu
• Reworked zipline physics
• Added new Zipline Mount Pad block that puts entities on a nearby zipline when they step on it
• Added Zipline Lift Upgrade that makes you able to travel upwards on catenaries
• Added a secret advancement related to ziplines
• Catenary locking has been replaced with waxing
• Changed how catenary items behave while placing; the item now no longer changes when you select a point, and particles have been changed to trail particles

Fixed bugs:

• Very long catenaries would break previously due to problems with the underlying math
• Fixed several issues relating to ziplines

• Updated to Minecraft 1.21.4
• Catenary rocket items now use the item_model component to look differently
• You can now chain ziplines: finishing one zipline ride will try to start another one attached to the same anchor

This version turns every catenaty into a useable zipline! These ziplines have realistic movement mechanics, so be careful not to get stuck in the middle of a rope!

Changes:

• You can now lock or unlock catenaries by right-clicking an anchor with an (Ominous) Trial Key. Locked catenaries cannot be broken by left-clicking.
• You can now use catenaries as a zipline by right-clicking an anchor with a Bow.

This version updates the pack to Minecraft 1.21, and reworks some of the internal workings. New catenaries have been added, and some have even been removed!

• Added a welcome message when placing or breaking a catenary for the first time after joining the world

Bug fixes:

• Rockets would get deleted when placing them too close or too far away from the first point
• You could place both rockets in the exact same spot

Updated to 1.20.4. It is no longer required to install Eroxified separately.
