New Features

Chains can be used to evenly distribute power bursts between machines

Electricity can now be transported by hopper minecarts

Added the freezer which freezes the block below it (uses 100 energy)

Transformer
	Releases bursts of energy of configurable size at a configurable rate when the it is powered by redstone and has enough stored energy

Command Transmitter
	An Accessory that allows you to control stuff related to machines and wiring with your face
	Things you can do:
		Check how much energy is in a block
		See the direction energy flows through a block
		Move energy between blocks
		Configure advanced machines
		Move machines easily

Teleporter Rework
	Teleporter uses 500 energy
	Teleporters no longer need to be linked to each other
	Teleporters can work cross-dimensionally and no longer requires the destination to be loaded

Energy Warper
	Warps energy to the desired location

Electric Observer
	detects energy in the block in front of it and can be configured to detect specific amounts of energy

Catalystic Converter 
	Produces 4 energy per tick when blooming

Block Swapper
	When powered it swaps blocks between the two selected locations

Bug fixes

Fixed a bug where electricity in wires could be extracted by hoppers
