Copper Contraptions

Added an infinite source of power for creative mode players (made by putting bedrock on top of a redstone lamp IN A CRAFTING TABLE)

Added the ability to configure the speed of a quarry and made the energy cost of the quarry cheaper

Added a limit to the distance a tree chopper can chop trees (this can be configured in the pack settings!)
