Resourcepack is now optional though highly recommended. Without the resourcepack, a Copper Wrench will look like a Lightning Rod.

Datapack changes
- You can no longer repair Copper Wrenches in a crafting window as this behaved erroneously. As a side effect, you can no longer repair items in a crafting windows.
