End Game Fishing

Lucky Rod now has +2 luck. To encourage players to continue using it even after obtaining the Celestial Rod.

Celestial Rod now has lure 6. Potentially too strong for vanilla (I really don't think so) but this change is being made to reflect my enchantment overhaul as well as my mod pack.)

This also gives each rod distinct benefits and encourages using both / adding them to the players tool kit.
