Variants is a Data Pack which aims to add variants of existing items, utilizing the new crafting recipe system in 1.21.5. An example of this is how a Stone Sword can be crafted with Deepslate or Blackstone, however, still looks like it was made from Stone.

Adds 50+ new textures, all of which are textures for either Wooden Swords or Stone Swords. Also includes crafting recipes, so you don't have to worry about applying any components yourself, and to allow for a seamless experience

To achieve full compatability with any other modifications, I have not altered the vanilla recipes for anything. This means that sometimes, the items you craft may still end up being the Vanilla variants, as opposed to the ones added in this Data Pack. At some point soon, I will release a version which can only be used in vanilla, which will solve the problems with the recipes, however, would not be recommended to be used with mods that add to/interact with the recipes used in this Data Pack.
