All paintings can be found in the creative tab, and but cannot be obtained in survival mode with no cheats.
BETA labels are applied to all versions that are for snapshots, demos/w.i.p./pre-releases are all labeled ALPHA.

(Ignore the loader saying datapack, it wouldn't let me choose Fabric/Quilt (the Custom Painting's mod requirements) and there is no resourcepack option)
