Make a Dye Out Of It

Changes on 1.21.5 and above:

• Added cactus flower to tag: madooi:gives_pink
• Added wildflowers to tag: madooi:gives_yellow
• Disabled vanilla recipe minecraft:pink_dye_from_cactus_flower. Reason: Moved to madooi:pink_dye
• Disabled vanilla recipe minecraft:yellow_dye_from_wildflowers. Resaon: Moved to madooi:yellow_dye

• Bumped the datapack format
• Fixed the missing advancement screen background on Minecraft version 1.21.5 and above

• Changed the method used by the datapack to block some vanilla recipes to simpler one, resulting in better experience and smaller file size. Thanks to Gyro that told me about this method on Discord.

1.2 update aims to make mixing dyes a useful mechanic. Now it's easier to get a wide variety of colors by having access to only 3 primary colors: red, yellow and blue.

  • Added minecraft:purple_dye to the group purple_dye. It will now be grouped with other recipes that gives purple dye in the recipe book.

  • All "world of color" advancements has been moved from madooi:root to madooi:world_of_color/root in order to clean up the folder structure

• Recipes are now unlocked by getting all ingredients needed to use that recipe.
