Nice Wandering Trader Trades

Changes:

• Added chance for Wandering Traders to get a Plushie trade assigned (pool consists of 140 different ones)

Fixes:

• Wandering Traders not getting Miniblock trade assigned

• Reworked system for adding trades:
  • reduced number of guaranteed mob heads to 1
  • increased number of max trades being added to 5
