No Netherite

Supports 1.21.2+ made the recipe names diamond_something instead of noSomething to fit mc's new naming

Completely rewrote the datapack. Playing in 1.19.4 requires the update 1.20 datapack to be enabled

Now just deletes the upgrade templates
