Only Hotbar / 10 Inventory Slots

A slightly updated version of csdg's datapack which limits the inventory to only 10 slots.

Changes:

*Barriers are not stackable, so it looks more clean as they don't bunch up

*Barriers will be deleted when picked up with the cursor, so they can't be accidentally grabbed or be purposefully moved to unitended spaces.
