Fix issues with overlapping structure generation.

Set the spawn weight of wild leader trainers to 0, restricting them to gym structures only. (This is an experimental update. If a wild trainer with a specific ID already exists, you will not be able to battle any trainer with the same ID that spawns in structures. A common symptom of this issue is the battle menu failing to load.)

Prevent other entities from spawning in structures.
