Massively improved lag on datapack as whole.
- Function to edit items in the player cursor now only fires if the item has any repair cost above 0, and only checks every 5 ticks instead of every tick.
- Inventory edit functions now ignores items that have repair cost of 0, removing all unneeded item processing.
Another fix, and after a full test, fully works now in survival gameplay.
