Rust's Origins Rework

• Merling now has a "Grace Period" hidden power, which grants 5 minutes of Water Breathing on spawning in or respawning.

• Added Thermoo(Frostiful/Scorchful) compat to the Blazeborn, making them immune to heat, but more vulnerable to cold.
• Give all origins higher priority so that other mods don't override them.

(I did not fail at this update twice. Shhhhhhhh...)

• The Shulk's mining power now simply gives mining level equivalent to a wooden pickaxe.

• Ported to 1.20.1.
• As a result of this, the flight prevention effect had to be changed. It has been replaced with accelerated falling.
