Talon's Building Particles

Updated for multiplayer, optimized commands, bugfixed nautilus, and limited range for elder guardian particle since it has no location.

Optimized to use Marker entities instead of Marker Armor Stands.

Added offset options and a draw line function to see the interaction entity after offsetting the particle cloud.

Build with particles! Craft a particle arrow using blaze powder and glowstone dust and shoot it to create a particle cloud. Then you can change its settings and make it look how you like. Every particle in the game is included and all their relevant settings! You can even set it to trigger randomly, every few ticks, or even control it with redstone dust!
