Added Level -1,-2,-3,-4,-5, and -6

added new sublevels for levels 9,10, and 11 Lowered the spawn rate of Level 11 wikis to match the other levels

fixed the issues with advancements because of the removal of level 288

Added new Sublevels for level 6,7, and 8 finishing the main nine

i will remove 1.21.4 support when most mods are on 1.21.5
