Fixed Heart Wooper not spawning when you fish with a love ball. It had the wrong/an invalid aspect on it.
Fixed Nero Whiscash not spawning when you fish with a masterball Poke Rod.
Fixed Hisuian Goomy not evolving into Hisuian Sliggoo when in the overworld. Now, you just can't be in a swamp.
Fixed spawns that required water or lava as a tag instead of a block to flush out the available water/lava blocks. Cobblemon does not yet support using tags this way, so this is a workaround.
