Tweak swampland, rainforest, and nether biome fog colors
- Rainforest fog now is green on sunny days, but dark and gloomy on other days to give the appearance of rainy clouds
- Swampland fog is now closer to vanilla fog and only varies slightly leaning more towards being a smidgeon darker than vanilla fog
- Nether fog is now randomly a bit brighter or a bit darker depending on the day
  - This effect is transitioned out of when returning to the overworld
