update Muted sounds menu to a volume slider
rename Muted sounds to Sound list
this version adds a new menu to directly mute any specific sound. ( and the relative config line that lists the muted sounds by their ID )
PLEASE if anybody good with UI sees this contact me,
having to scroll though the entire list of sounds is quite a pain to do but i do not know how to make a proper UI.
Update to 1.20.1
- moved to Llamalad MixinExtras instead of redirects
- improved duplication detection and added slider for restricting the sound IDs themself instead of the per Location slider. they will work in parallel but it is better to have the global one larger than the locational one
