Backslot Mod 1.1.1-1.21.5

• Fixed crucial bug causing some items to clear hotbar items on use (thanks to Powercyphe)
• Cleared "Blacklisted Items" config of previously bugged items
• Cleaned up banner rendering to move more like an actual cape
• Cape changes: the cape no longer moves with an item on you backslot, items now render above the cape when the cape is visible, the cape is now hidden while having a banner in the backslot
• Added an error message when you try to put a banned item into the backslot
• Removed equiping armor from backslot items and added an error message to that aswell
