Made the Bounding Box have Translucent walls. Added Config option to switch between only Outlines and Translucent Box

Made the Bounding Box Height configurable.
3 Options available
- Radius (makes the height the same as the radius)
- World (makes the height reach the top y level, 319)
- Custom (uses the custom y level value, default: 100)
The config json file is generated at config/beaconrange.json
Mod Menu and Cloth Config can be used to change the config ingame
