Fixed many graphical issues with rendering different parts.
Added new effect that inclue elemental ones bound to white wool, orange wool, blue wool, and brown wool, a work in progress parallax effect bound to a repeating command block.
Also fixed the version range on the mod to prevent crashes loading on unsupported versions.
Added a colored magic effect bound the End Stone Bricks.
Readded the glass effect for showing the effect blocks.
Also fixed a bug that caused colored segments to render in the wrong places.
