Reworked the turtle helmet to make the water breathing effect last forever but cause the helmet to degrade overtime the longer the player is in water.
The durability is lost at the rate of 1 durability per 10 seconds.
The helmet's degradation can be slowed down by enchanting the helmet with respiration.
