Adds the following functionality:

Server

• Allows BiblioMurf-dependent modules to identify each other

Client

• System for loading and defining Custom Assets from assets folder
• Allows for loading and displaying custom fonts as text
• Allows for adding custom sound categories and display them in sound settings menu
