Fixes an bug where plant fiber couldn't drop
Now for fabric, As the gods intended.
Changes how the mod prevents blocks from being broken.
Grass now drops seeds again, But ferns still don't. Blame Biology, not Me.
Seeds and grass fiber are now affected by fortune.
