Pushing "I" to add things creates a toast telling you what was added.
Pushing "I" to add things already present creates a toast telling you it was already added.
Pushing "Shift" + "I" continues to be how you remove an item. It now has a toast.
Pushing "ctrl" + "I" now creates a toast telling you the current length of the ignore list.
