hammer item: now the selected area will be mined determined by where player mine

• area mine
  • right-click to select begin point
  • shift + right-click select end point
  • and mine the block in the area all the block will be mined
• mine faster on building block
• slow but can mine pickaxe & axe mineable items

• teleport to player text now is corrected
