Removed some RenderSystem calls that apparently weren't needed, making it compatible with 1.21.5

- The fullscreen button in the video settings menu now includes a borderless option. This can be turned off. Compatible with sodium
- The custom fullscreen resolution selection menu has been redone
- The window now gets focused when entering fullscreen with custom resolution
- The window now stays maximized when entering and leaving fullscreen
- Fixed crash when disabling the mod
- Added keyboard controls to the config menu
- Added start in fullscreen option
- Logs are now formatted properly
