- Cost will be equal in levels to the number of enchantments on tool

- Added a new functional block called the Enchantment Extractor
- Upon placing an Enchanted Item and an Empty Book in the input, and pressing Extract, you will be granted an Enchanted Book with all the Enchants from the item
