Companions!

• Added companion icons to Xaero's Minimap
• Fixed player arms clipping through holy robe coat and mage coat armor pieces
• Added animated item assets for mutant flesh and old cloth
• Fixed his holiness attack, bonanza and wild/normal antlion crashes on fabric
• Fixed sacred pontiff, his holiness and cloak bugged textures with some mods and texture packs present

Pending fixes/content:

• Due to popular opinion, I'll add 2 extra functionalities to the companions. 1. They will defend themselves when attacked. 2. They will attack while wandering if their owner has an active target
• Rare chance, but the stone spikes from the stone spikes spell book can spawn in the middle of the air
• Configurability for the cornelius summons
• New item, Golden Naginata
