- Changed gen logic: now uses project_start_to_heightmap
- Added config file to manually disable structure gen (even if the mod is installed) - requires game restart after saving
- Fixed gen phase in Nether & The End
- Fixed gen for above water, underwater, and underground structures
- Reduced "structure-in-structure" spawn issues
