Adds enchantments for Confluence: Otherworld's guns and magic staves to help with balancing.
-Fixed this mod's enchantments not appearing in the common enchantments loot tables. -Added Crackle, a sharpness equivalent for whips. -Added Snappy, increases summon tag damage of whips.
