Construction Wand (Fabric)

Version 2.0.0 changes:

• Config file format changed
  • Previous config files will not be migrated
  • Forge config files are no longer compatible
• Builtin polymer support
  • Requires installation of ConstructionWand-Polymer to enable it
• Assignable keybind for the wand menu
  • The old key-combination still works
• Client-side config screen
  • Also has ModMenu integration
• Changed namespace to new domain (pw.smto -> dev.smto)
• General code cleanup
