Added the Y-Lock ability

Use the "H" keybind to turn off and on a lock on the Y where you can place blocks. For example, if you turned on the lock while above Y 36, you could only place blocks at Y 36 while the lock is on.

Updated to 1.21.4 (yay! :D)

• Added the pointer
• Press G to turn on pointer, press G again to turn it off (simple little update that someone really wanted to be able to have to build with their friends! :D )

• Fixed bug that made the measurement a block less than it actually was
• Added visual and sound cue when the measurement system is working
• Added text that shows your starting coordinates when measuring

Measuring Update - (thank you to the 1 follower btw!)

• Press V to begin measuring
  • This will record a location that the measurement starts from
• Let go of V at the location where you want to stop measuring
  • This will give you the height, length, width, vertical diagonal length, and horizontal diagonal length of the measurement in the chat

Added the ability to force-rotate any block you place

• press "r" to force rotate east/west, north/south, up/down, or turn it off
