Previously the Heavy Autocannons didn't drop anything, now they do

The order should be more logical now

- Heavy Autocannon ammunition
Of course, there is ammunition only available for the Heavy Autocannons. They come in to propellant levels:

- High Explosive rounds
- High Explosive Fragmentation rounds
- Autocannon Ammunition
The normal Autocannons also got new ammunition:
- Armor Piercing Discarding Sabot rounds
- Armor Piercing Discarding Sabot Fin Stabilized rounds
- High Explosive rounds
- High Explosive Incendiary rounds
- Twin Autocannons are now firing unsynchronously
