Create More: Parallel Pipes

• fix crash when the baked model is not loaded. Not sure why cobblemon causes it.

• Add Copycats+ fluid pipe integration
• Fix outline not rendering when TFMG or Copycats+ is installed

• temp fix for copycat+ and tfmg pipes while I work on the compat.

• Fix dedicated server startup crash, maybe.
