temporary workaround for a change introduced in create update 6.0.6

• fixed diamond recipe issue caused by certain versions of create not accepting itemstack >16
• renamed nautilus shell recipe to align with taxonomy
• nerfed heart of the sea recipe (rate is now twice lower, or 0.005)
• updated mod version

• added blue ice recipe from splashing packed ice
• added crying obsidian recipe from haunting obsidian (chance: 0.125)
• added nautilus shell recipe from crushing red sandstone (chance: 0.01)
• removed amethyst 'inflinite loop' recipe (replaced by crying obsidian route)
• removed milling recipe variant for wither skeleton skull
• nerfed diamond recipe (now needs 24 coal blocks instead of 9)
• nerfed ender pearl recipe (rate is now twice lower, or 0.085)
• nerfed netherite recipe (rate is now twice lower, or 0.005)
• updated recipes to new data format (1.21.1)
• updated mod version

• switched amethyst block recipe to 'mixing' type to avoid conflicts with base create recipe (thanks @CJ)
