Create x End Remastered Recipes

Adds heated mixing recipes to most of the eyes from End Remastered.

(Every eye that has no recipe can be obtained by killing mobs)

• Useful if you think that Ender Eyes are too easy to get but don't want to travel to every structure of the game.
• Requires Create, End Remastered (and JEI for the recipes)
