Leaderboard only shows kills.
Added new DeathLeaderboard, only for admins.
Leaderboard and DeathLeaderboard commands now allow to choose the number of players displayed.
Players can only check their own stats, safe for admins.
Added temporary ban method and config.
New class create for ban methods.
Setting Death Threshold to 0 now disables the ban functionality
