Diamond Value
ModThis project improves progression by bringing value back to diamonds. Many loot tables and recipes were adjusted to make upgrading to diamond equipment an actual accomplishment again. Now you have to assemble the iconic blue gem from new Diamond Splinters!

The goal of this project is simple - bring value back to diamonds. The new Diamond Splinter item now replaces Diamonds in some structure loot and drops from deepslate diamond ore. You can assemble a diamond from 9 of these splinters.
These simple changes make progression much more rewarding, as the important milestones of diamond pickaxes and enchanting tables are now an actual achievement to reach. Also, Jukeboxes no longer need an entire diamond to be crafted, using the new splinter instead.
