Effect Icons

This mod brings all the currently available Minecraft Effects to the game as items. Not retrievable in Survival, only Creative. Currently, the items themselves does nothing, but I might add that in a future patch

Example usage scenario: as Icon for quest categories/quests for FTBQuests
