added the turtle upgrade template (spawns in buried treasure chests and has a chance to be found in suspicious sand)
buffed durability and the enchantability of all items Made the tools mine at a faster speed.

yes, ik the tools don't get a mining speed boost on blocks like their supposed to, but this is a beta version and I don't know what the problem is that's causing it.
