Exact Portals

This mod does many things, for one it removes the 1:8 conversion for the nether and makes it a 1:1 system. This is so that the nether portals can be transferred exactly.

This can lead to a lot of weird cases but in-general is amazing for linking up portals correctly.

Portals will search on the exact x + z in the other dimension and start at the portal's y coord. It will scan upwards in that y coord until it hits a portal, otherwise it scans downwards.

If no portal was found it will create a new portal at the exact position and size it was in the original dimension into the other one.

This Creates a perfect link system as no portal will ever link to another x-y coordinate.
