Applied a limit (configurable by configs) to Dark Empower and Rage effects level of 50 Now Dark Empower and Rage Spells will ignore Spell haste for the casting and cooldown, but effect duration is increased to 20 (from 15) seconds and cooldown decreased to 30 seconds (from 40)
