Added support for 1.21.9 & 1.21.10

[Severe] Fix logs being incorrectly disabled.

Minor compatibility update.

Here we are, the next version of Fcitx5-Enhancer.

Highlights:

• A brand new config screen
• Built-in IMBlocker with a visual element selector (highly configurable!)
• Native Wayland support

Due to many factors, the support for 1.16.5 has been dropped.

Here it is, we updated for 1.21.6 & 1.21.7.

Update: 1.21.8 compatible.

Recompiled the native modules with glibc 2.31 from Debian 11, improving system compatibility.

Fixed sub-JAR's loading

Prevents crashes on Windows - A warning message will be logged and no mixins will be applied, which makes it safe to be included in mod-packs.

Fix.1: I uploaded the debugging-use jar by mistake, holy.

I used -O3 and -DNDEBUG flag to decrease the native library's size (About 100K -> 15K) & to increase its performance.

Updating is recommended.

Now you will NOT get 't' and '//' in the chat input box anymore!

I've done a refactor and backport, so it is now able to run on 1.16.5, 1.20.x, and 1.21.x.

Tested on: 1.16.5, 1.20.4, 1.20.6, 1.21.1, 1.21.4.

• Removed: Unused keys

Although this version is marked as alpha, it is already stable enough.
