New Features

Mob Spawning

  • Gloom Spores
    • Rare drops from hostile mobs that convert dirt to Dark Dirt
    • 2 uses per spore, converts 5x5 area
    • Only works in low light (≤7 light level)
    • 1% drop chance from 19+ hostile mob types
    • 30% chance in certain loot chests
    • Guaranteed drops from boss mobs (Warden, Wither, Ravager)
  • Dark Dirt
    • Accelerated hostile mob spawning blocks
    • Spawns up to 12 hostile mobs per 16x16 area
    • Works in light level ≤2, ignores player proximity
    • Reverts to dirt in bright light/sunlight (with 10-second delay)
    • Cannot be obtained through normal means - only via Gloom Spores
  • Glimmer Sprouts
    • Rare drops from passive mobs that convert dirt to Glimmer Grass
    • 2 uses per sprout, converts 5x5 area
    • Only works in bright light (≥7 light level)
    • 1% drop chance from 16+ passive mob types
    • 30% chance in certain loot chests
    • Guaranteed drops from boss mobs (Ender Dragon, Elder Guardian, Iron Golem)
  • Glimmer Grass
    • Accelerated passive mob spawning blocks
    • Spawns up to 12 passive mobs per 16x16 area
    • Works in light level ≥7, ignores player proximity
    • Beautiful purple particle effects
    • Reverts to dirt in darkness (with 10-second delay)
    • Cannot be obtained through normal means - only via Glimmer Sprouts

Mob Catcher

  • Capture and release any non-boss mob with Shift+Right-click
  • Boss mob immunity (Wither, Ender Dragon, Elder Guardian, Ravager, etc.)

GUI Overhaul

Collector

  • Massive interface redesign
  • 45 output slots (up from previous smaller grid)
  • Removed redundant side extraction config for cleaner interface. Extraction is now default from any side

Controller Void Filter

  • Consistent spacing and visuals

Technical Improvements

Performance & Stability

  • Caching for collection areas and pickup ranges
  • NBT migration handles inventory size changes gracefully for the new Collector block inventory size

Attack Pad Enhancements

  • Enderman Teleport Blocking - Attack Pads now prevent Endermen from teleporting away

Gloom Spore/Dark Dirt Settings

  • Conversion area size (default: 5x5)
  • Uses per spore (default: 2)
  • Light level thresholds for conversion and spawning
  • Mob spawn count per area (default: 12)
  • Check intervals and reversion delays
  • Particle effect toggles

  • Conversion area size (default: 5x5)
  • Uses per sprout (default: 2)

Performance Controls

  • Configurable tick intervals for all systems
  • Mob count limits to prevent server lag
  • Optional feature toggles for server customization

Bug Fixes

  • Zombie Pathfinfing fix: Resolved zombie pathfinding issues with Attack Pads
