Fix for when not using SeedQueue
- Fix a crash relating to removing old seed results
- It's possible that a crash of the identical error message may still occur, but this specific cause of it is fixed
- Fix being able to uninstall filter while it is running (uninstall filter button will now be unpressable while running)
