Config Options Added

The Forge edition of this mod will now create a file in the config folder called FullTurtleArmor.toml
-
To configure the mod, simply open the file with a text editor and save your changes.

The config has the option to either disable/enable the Dolphin's Grace and Night Vision bonuses that occur when wearing a full set underwater. By default, these values are set to true.
