reworked room iota and added a permission system I accidentally bumped minor for 1.19.2 oh well
in-game book mabey broken. use webbook in mean time
soo many changes. Internally it now carves 1 block per tick from all dimensions. and now has permission bits for controlling what/where room iotas send you
make the propper spells require enlightenment (I forgor)
fix the pattern not being great spells, or
added OpKidnap which allows you to pull people into your room.

add a way for non-hexcasters to escape the pocket dimension and fix the exhalation to make a room (why did I think it was a reflection)
note: hexcasting 1.20 is not on modrinth. you are probably gonna have to take it either from my repos. or take it from the blanketcon 23 pack.
initial release. you can make a dimension, enter it, kick yourself out, make entry iotas to let people it.
